Delivery and Returns
Hi guys and gals!
If you've made an order with us, we will be in touch shortly by email to let you know how we're getting on sending your parcel.
Our delivery department doesn't have enough arms to carry all of your items to the post office to send each day. Instead, we have asked our friends at Amazon to send your order to you on our behalf. So, don't be surprised when an Amazon box turns up! It's just us :).
Please be aware it can take up to five working days to receive your parcel following dispatch. We do our best to make sure it arrives as quickly as possible. But, on the off chance you do not receive your parcel within five working days, please get in touch and we will make sure you get your parcel pronto!
We are very confident that you will enjoy our products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you are more than welcome to return any items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Just follow the below steps:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your order number which can be found in your email receipt.
- Within this email, please let us know the reason why you were not satisfied with your product so we can look to make improvements to our services in the future.
- Once we have received your refund request, we will issue you with the relevant prepaid shipping labels to attach to your parcel to return it to us.
Once we have received your item(s), we will issue you with a full refund and let you know when it's on its way to you.
